The room was surprisingly spacious, with two beds, a table, and chairs. Decent closet space. Free in-room wifi and a good AC made it easy to relax in comfort after a long day out.
The location, while quiet, is a bit removed from the excitement, with a lack of nearby dining options. Although there’s a supermarket nearby for quick snacks, the hotel's own restaurant appeared pricier than expected. The overall feel of the hotel is somewhat dated, both in room quality and amenities. Parking is limited to a small lot, and while it's cheap, early arrival is a must or you could end up without a spot.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Pearl City Kobe, particularly enjoying the friendly and helpful staff who warmly welcomed me and assisted with my inquiries. The convenient shuttle service to Sannomiya station every thirty minutes made it easy to explore Kobe.
Limited nearby dining options.

The room was surprisingly spacious, equipped with two beds, a small table, and enough closet space. Check-in was smooth, and the air conditioning was refreshing after a hot day out. Free in-room wifi worked great from the 10th floor. I truly appreciated the convenience store across the street. I picked up some snacks there which were cheaper than the hotel’s options. Breakfast included both Western fare and traditional Japanese dishes, which I found delightful. the carpet in the room had stains, and the overall décor felt quite dated. The staff's English could use improvement. they seemed understaffed and less attentive at times. I faced a frustrating issue when I requested to book a massage—I'm not sure how it ended up fully booked if the slots just opened. The shuttle service to Sannomiya was very handy, making getting around much easier. While I enjoyed my stay, attention to cleanliness and customer service would greatly enhance the experience.

Just a balanced option for a getaway in Kobe with extraordinarily good value for money. The free shuttle service to Kobe City was a lifesaver and made getting around so much easier. Grab breakfast from the convenient store across the street. it's cheaper than the hotel buffet.

great experience but dining options limited
I enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, which provided ample space to unwind after long days. The breakfast offered a wonderful blend of Japanese and international dishes, making my mornings enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the conference center, perfect for my work-related visit. The stunning city view from my room added to the overall experience.
There weren't many dining options nearby, which made meal planning somewhat challenging.

Had a fantastic stay with a huge room and a surprisingly spacious bathroom! I loved relaxing in the spa lounge and public bath after long days out. Only downside was the carpet could use a bit of cleaning, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊
